About Our Venue
We have a well equipped auditorium seating up to 140, suitable for all kinds of performances.
If you’d like to put on a show just talk to us – we’ll try to help make it happen!
There is also a mirror-walled dance studio and other spaces available to hire.

I was on the wait list for tickets, and they called me the night before to let me know 2 tickets available. Very helpful guy called Tom arranged everything so I could gain entry. Seating good on... several levels, so no heads in the way of the view. There's room to dance in the aisles and rows. Musicians and singers were very good, but they had a few technical problems with the microphone in the beginning but soon got the show back on track, and we enjoyed very much. It's a quaint venue that makes it more personable. We would visit for future shows. Thank you for a wonderful night.read more
Very friendly and helpful staff added bonus is that it's dog friendly with water bowls on request and treats too.

This place has been here for so long I did a couple of plays here when I was young and it felt so big, I went back to watch the aladdin Xmas panto which was great and it felt very cosy. Nice to see... its still doing well. There's quite a few stairs to climb though but that was fine for us. Theres a car park a minute away also.read more
Good selection of beer and shows. They have big names like Harry Hill and Tim Vine regularly performing, as well as pantomimes for the kids and excellent plays for adults. Food is good and affordable... too.read more
Great place,so glad to live locally to The Cryer Theatre & Spotlight Bar.Great times seeing Tim Vine & Harry Hill,watching Morris Men outside & taking part in quiz night.Something for everyone!
Terrific local theatre. Excellent bar and food and always a great selection of shows and comedy acts to enjoy.
Great place for a range of entertainment. The centre puts on plays as well as music concerts and other types of events. The Spotlight Bar has a good range of beer and wine and reasonably priced food.... The photo attached is from a recent Jazz concert.read more
